Read the small print

  • • Vendor figures are US list prices on annual billing, excluding VAT/GST. Pricing varies by region and vendors adjust it — treat this as an estimate, not a quote.
  • • Several vendors run their own offers that narrow the gap, including Google's first-year promo codes and Crunchbase's new-customer intro price. Those aren't modelled here, so check them.
  • • Workspace inboxes are modelled at $3/user/month. Volume and commitment can bring that to $2, so larger orders save more than shown.
  • • If you qualify for a nonprofit, education or veterans programme, that route will usually beat us outright. Our nonprofit guide covers it.

How this is calculated

Nothing here is a marketing number. Each vendor figure is that vendor's own published annual list price, checked in July 2026, with the source linked on the relevant product page. Each of our figures is the price we publish, including any one-time setup fee.

What this calculator leaves out

Our 300-user Workspace panel isn't offered as an option here. Its honest baseline is Google Workspace for Nonprofits, which is free for eligible organisations, so any “saving” figure would be meaningless — and the panel carries a licensing caveat a calculator can't convey. It's explained in full on its own page.
