Is this a shared or a dedicated account?
Dedicated, always. Your account is provisioned for you alone against your own email address — you're not logging into a pooled or resold profile, and credentials are never shared between customers. On the six-seat license each seat is its own login within a single team.
What's the difference between the $250 and $999 licenses?
The $250 license is a single Crunchbase Pro seat for 12 months. The $999 license is six seats on one team for the same 12-month term — that works out at about $166 per seat, so it's the better rate if more than one person needs access.
How long does the license last, and what happens after?
Twelve months from activation. There's no auto-renewal and no recurring charge from us: when the term ends, the license simply ends. Nothing is billed silently — if you want to continue, you renew deliberately.
What do I actually get with Crunchbase Pro?
Full Pro functionality: advanced search filters across companies, funding rounds and investors, saved searches, email alerts when tracked companies change, and data exports. It's the same Pro product — the difference is what you pay for it, not what it does.
