What Crunchbase Pro costs, and what you'd pay here
Crunchbase publishes two rates for Pro: $99/seat/month billed monthly, or $49/seat/month billed annually ($588/year). On top of that, new customers can usually take Crunchbase's own 38%-off introductory offer on their first annual year — around $365. We show both baselines below, because comparing only against the full $588 rate would overstate the gap for a first-time buyer.
| License | Crunchbase standard (12 mo) | With their 38% intro offer | Our price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 seat | $588 | $365 | $250 | $338 (57%) vs standard $115 (32%) vs intro |
| 6 seats (one team) | $3,528 | $2,190 | $999 (~$166/seat) | $2,529 (72%) vs standard $1,191 (54%) vs intro |

The full Pro feature set — not a stripped-down tier
Advanced search & filters
Search millions of company profiles and filter by funding stage, location, headcount, industry, and more — the filters the free Basic account doesn't give you.
Funding & investor data
Funding rounds, amounts, dates, investors, and acquisition history — the data most people buy Crunchbase for in the first place.
Saved searches & alerts
Save a search once and get notified by email when new companies match it or a tracked company raises — useful for timing outbound around funding events.
CSV exports
Export your search results and lists to CSV — Pro includes 2,000 rows per month, so you can move data into your CRM or sequencer.
Crunchbase's own discounts — take one if it fits
We'd rather you got the best price than bought from us by default. Crunchbase runs legitimate offers of its own, and if one applies to you it may well beat what we can do.
Annual billing instead of monthly
Paying annually drops the rate from $99 to about $49 per seat per month — roughly half. If you're currently billed monthly, this is free money and takes one click.
New-customer introductory offer — around 38% off year one
If you've never subscribed before, Crunchbase typically takes about 38% off the first year of an annual Pro plan — roughly $365 instead of $588. It's genuine, it's theirs, and it applies to year one only. Check their pricing page before you buy anywhere, including here.
Volume and team pricing
Buying several seats? Crunchbase negotiates directly and larger seat counts attract better per-seat rates. Come with a firm number and ask.
Partner and community perks
Some startup communities and membership programmes bundle a Crunchbase discount for members. If you already belong to one, check what it includes before paying separately.
None of those apply to you? That's the gap we fill. Most of Crunchbase's own discounts are for new customers, large teams, or programme members. If you're a solo founder, a freelance researcher, or a small team that's already used its first-year offer, a $250 12-month license is usually the cheaper route.
Three steps, no coupon codes

Crunchbase Pro discount — questions, answered
How much does Crunchbase Pro normally cost?
Crunchbase lists Pro at $99 per seat per month billed monthly, or $49 per seat per month billed annually — about $588 per seat for a year. New customers can usually also take Crunchbase's own introductory offer of roughly 38% off the first annual year, which brings year one to about $365. Our 12-month single-seat license is $250, so it sits below both figures — though the gap against the intro offer is much smaller. Prices verified July 2026; check Crunchbase's pricing page for the current figure.
Is this a real Crunchbase Pro account?
Yes. It's the genuine Crunchbase Pro product with full Pro functionality — advanced search across millions of company profiles, funding and investor data, saved searches, alerts, and CSV exports. What differs is the price you pay, not the software you get.
Is the account shared with other people?
No. Your account is dedicated to you and provisioned against your own email address. We never pool, share, or recycle credentials between customers. On the six-seat license, each seat is an individual login within one team.
Why is it cheaper than buying direct?
Because this is a reseller license rather than a retail subscription bought directly from Crunchbase. The product itself is the same genuine Crunchbase Pro — there is no coupon, no discount code, and nothing unofficial about the account. If you'd like more detail on how we source licensing before you buy, ask us through support and we'll walk you through it.
Is there a Crunchbase Pro coupon or promo code instead?
Crunchbase does not run a public coupon-code programme, so most of the 'promo code' sites you'll find in search results are auto-generated and their codes rarely work — you'll notice they quote wildly different discounts, which is the tell. What is real: Crunchbase's own introductory offer of about 38% off a new annual subscription, negotiated volume pricing for larger seat counts, and discounts bundled into some startup membership programmes. If one of those fits you, take it. Our license is aimed at everyone those offers don't cover — renewals in particular, where the intro discount no longer applies.
What happens when the 12 months end?
The license simply ends. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge from us, so nothing is ever billed silently — if you want to carry on, you renew deliberately.
How quickly do I get access?
Accounts are provisioned manually, so a person reviews every order rather than it being automated. We'll email your login details as soon as your account is ready, and we'll contact you first if anything needs clarifying. You can check the status of an order any time through support.
Are you affiliated with Crunchbase?
No. Lead Gen Owls is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Crunchbase, Inc., and we are not an authorized Crunchbase reseller. Crunchbase owns the product and its trademarks; we provision genuine licenses for it.
